*4 Month Minimum - all plans have a four-month minimum enrollment. This can be paid upfront in full or in monthly installments.
Urgent Care Program
Members receive the repriced cost of urgent care services for injury or illness visits, minus a $50 visit fee.
Qualifying Event On-Demand
Clients can activate eligibility for fully insured medical coverage by reaching out to their agent or care coordinator.
Repricing Program
Utilizes a national provider network to reprice medical bills and issue explanation of sharing, helping you receive medical costs at network negotiated prices.
Telemedicine Program
Access unlimited telemedicine services on demand from home, with no additional costs. Services include sick visits, prescription refills, dermatology, and telephonic counseling.
GAP Program
Members can submit share request(s) for eligible medical needs.
Full-Time Program
Provides access to fully insured medical coverage through full-time employment when you enact the On-Demand coverage.
First Month Program
Covers the first month of fully insured coverage if more than $6000 of eligible medical expenses are incurred within the first month of enrolling in a fully insured program.
